Extracting and importing actions from an external PDF file
Learn about the FeedingBackgroundInfo endpoint collection, which lets you extract and import actions into your project from an external PDF file.
You can create (feed) actions in your project so that Affective Computing (powered by Virtue) can deliver them to users at the appropriate time based on the configured logics, thereby enabling you to implement personalization through your solutions.
To understand the concept of actions in detail, see Actions.
You can feed actions in one of the following ways:
Manually feed actions by creating them one by one
Automate the process of action feeding; import a set of actions from an external database by uploading them from a PDF file.
You can use the endpoints in the FeedingBackgroundInfo collection to:
Manage the process of extracting and importing actions from external files
Work with these actions.
When creating actions using an automated feeding method, you must verify them in order to allow Affective Computing (powered by Virtue) to deliver them when executing an appropriate logic.
