Group conversations
Learn about Affective Computing's capability of simulating group conversations between multiple Virtual Humans (VHs).
EDAA™, the underlying technology that powers Affective Computing, is equipped to properly handle the simulation of group conversations in a way that is as natural as possible.
When implementing group conversations, the following capabilities are available:
Directed and non-directed conversation experience: This capability provides you with custom control over granular aspects of the simulated group conversations.
In directed conversations, you can select which participant responds next in each case.
In automated conversations, EDAA™ can direct the conversation and manage the sequence of interactions, allowing you to observe and gain insights from the interactions.
Ability to identify and retrieve information about group conversations later through a specific parameter, group ID
You can implement group conversations using the Interaction API. To learn more about the API, see Creating, managing, and performing interactions.
Advantage
This functionality increases accuracy and provides better context during conversation simulation and enables you to identify groups of simulation participants conveniently.
