Creating and managing input interaction channel categories

Learn about the InteractionChannelCategory endpoint collection, which enables you to create and manage interaction channel categories.

Interaction channels enable Affective Computing (powered by Virtue) and your solution users to communicate.

Input interaction channels can be organized by category (based on common characteristics) for easy management and retrieval.

You can use the endpoints in the InteractionChannelCategory collection to create and manage input interaction channel categories. You can do the following:

• Create an input interaction channel category

• View all input interaction channel categories

• View the details of a specific input interaction channel category

• Update an input interaction channel category

• Delete an input interaction channel category
