Creating and managing interaction attributes

Learn about the FeedingInteractionAutomation endpoint collection, which lets you create and manage interaction attributes.

You can create (feed) actions in your project so that EDAA™ can deliver them to users at the appropriate time based on the configured logics, thereby enabling you to implement personalization through your solutions.

You can sort and classify your actions according to their common characteristics by using attributes.

Depending on the actions they contain, attributes also have the following categories:

Attribute category	Description	Action type
Content	Delivering content of different formats to users	Sound Visual effects Geolocation Acceleration Music
Interactions	Interactions with users that could might or might not require user response	Statements Questions
Triggered actions	Actions delivered as a result of an event and that have a tangible impact on an object	-

You can use the endpoints in the FeedingInteractionAutomation collection to create and manage interaction attributes. You can do the following:

• Create an interaction attribute

• View all interaction attributes

• View the details of a specific interaction attribute

• View action types in an interaction attribute

• View all actions in an interaction attribute

• Update an interaction attribute

• Delete an interaction attribute
